I read this book in the 1970s immediately after it’s publication. Nerve shattering, the impulse I felt then, and the impression still remains. A book to be “ chewed and digested” by all who concern the Preambular pledge in our Constitution. Blatant violation of basic human rights. Whatever be one’s political ideology the state must behave with a minimum sense of human dignity and rights- an LCM( Lowest Common Multiplier) of humanism and human rights. Easy to say, very difficult to practice.🙏🌹

Could go through Chapter 4 only from the site. The subject sounds legal. But how much of Jurisprudence is in it is the moot point. Administrative Law is the most powerful component of Public Law. When it is discussed on a Global dimension its philosophy, policy and agenda are to be debated. But a good effort. More to come on this topic.
