Today, I went for watching the movie
In this movie, 3 true events out of hundreds of such events have been chosen and they have taken cinematic liberty of only one family experiencing all these 3 events though 3 different families were involved. The second half of the movie is intellectually engaging in which how our educational institutions have played a dirty role in the politics of terror. I have never seen a better movie than takes head-on the false narratives which have been fed to the nation in the last 30 yrs on Kashmir. Our media, intellectuals are totally exposed. This movie seamlessly operates over 3 generations from 1990 to 2020. The movie slips from present to past then back to present multiple times. Finally making a movie of this type is very difficult but a beautiful attempt has been made.
