Wow, "Carry-On" really surprised me! I wasn't expecting much, but this Netflix thriller had me hooked from the start. Taron Egerton is fantastic as Ethan, I loved his acting since Eggsy from Kingsman and he is just this ordinary guy who gets caught up in a crazy situation at the airport. You totally feel his panic and desperation as he tries to figure out what's going on.
Sofia Carson nailed it 💫🤟🏻
And Jason Bateman? Chilling! I'm so used to seeing him in funny roles, but he plays this menacing villain perfectly. He's really believable as this manipulative guy who's pulling all the strings.
The whole movie takes place in the airport, which I thought was a cool idea. It makes everything feel super intense and claustrophobic, like there's nowhere to escape. And the action scenes are awesome!
There's this one crazy fight scene in a moving car that had me on the edge of my seat.
Honestly, "Carry-On" kind of reminded me of "Die Hard" in a way, but with its own unique twists and turns. If you're looking for a fun, suspenseful movie to watch this holiday season, definitely give this one a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
