I personally used to work for this company as a sales representative. I can tell you that this is a very corrupt company. There only concern is making money and it shows. Take a look at all their reviews. Notice how most if not all of them have not been reply to by owners. They do not care about you or your belongings. Their sales training is impeccable, they have a real nice foolproof script that gets the customers suckered in. We were taught to tell the customers that "we are going to be there every step of the way to personally make sure that they have the best moving experience." You will never talk to that customer service rep again. You only goal is to get you booked and on the schedule. The quotes we gave were as vague as possible. We made promises that we couldn't keep. We would even laugh after we got off the phone with them pretty much with the mentality "that we got you" read reviews before you book a company. They really don't lie. I'm surprised that this company is still afloat even after they hit bankruptcy recently from all the lawsuits they had on them. I would never recommend their services to anybody. If you want a company that truly does care, hire Two Men and a truck. (Feel free to go look at the reviews and compare them to All My sons.) Don't be fooled the original estimate that you get is going to be completely different from what you actually pay. I'm writing this to help out my fellow people. Best of luck to y'all on your move. Remember, this is one of the most stressful times of your life. Don't rely on a company like this, go elsewhere where you can put your mind at ease knowing they truly do care.
