I love John Grisham, but this didn't feel like a Grisham book at all. About half of it was a war novel and had little to do with the story other than to offer context. I'm sure lovers of war novels might enjoy it but it really should be marketed as such. The ending was rushed and just felt a bit lazy. Still love him but this one wasn't for me.
