The book starts with the well received film premiere and ends with a hook. As the story progresses, a realistic love story is woven so intricately. One could feel drawn into it. As you go, you will wonder what happens next. Even if the plot is predictable, the way the author has woven this story makes one curious. It's in the first point of view from two leads. Every chapter explains the leads' internal monologue. Most of the time, almost all of their feelings are actually very relatable.
Coming to the characters and world building, every character has their own importance, but the Ahana and Karan's character outshone every other side characteristics. Ahana comes from a middle-class family, unlike Karan, who is a son of big director and bathed in money. Their fates clashes in FTII. Just like the usual trope, their introductions start with misunderstandings, which ends with love. Due to Ahana's experiences, she chose a career over love, making her feel at lose deep down. Karan, heartbroken, never blamed her and only wished her to be happy and achieve everything she wanted.
Author have explained true love in a most simplest way yet in an impactful way. Every page of this book is a page turner. Every chapter leaves you in anticipation.
The best part of this whole book is the statuses of Ahana and Karan are never the problems but their choices. This book conveys, 'Your choices become your fate and you can't undo what you have done but can change what you can,'
After a long while, it's one of a great read for me.
