*May contain potential spoilers* The theme of Elemental is to "always follow your dreams, even if it's not what others want" When I sat in the teather I was surprised because the opening scene was amazing. Elemental plays the story of immigrants coming to a new city who don't necessarily fit in, but when their daughter "Ember" comes to age they want her to take over the mantle of the family business. However Ember gets into a little romantic trouble. Elemental is very beautiful, and my favorite character has to Wade, he is such a fun character and you really fall in love with him. Overall, the movie is super fun and I definitely recommend it for anyone, even if the story is generic.
