One of the worst books I have ever read.
To start off not one thing is explained well Enough to satisfy the imagination, the whole book is like eating appetisers of a writers ability, but never being served a main course. The amount of grammatical errors and complete misuse of similes is baffling.
I got so close to enjoying the book, holding on with any little hope I had left past the introduction of a “levitating moose that could send text messages” I kept reading and reading hoping for a new dawn, a more beautiful sunset or just something that would make my use of time thus far worth while.
This book went no where, the characters were hard to follow, their descriptions over indulgent to the point of leading the imagination astray.
A moose with a gravity suit, naked mole rats that very rarely wore coats, cats that didn’t really like to divulge in conversation, and dogs that became too aware and stayed away from society.
And to finish off a door that could speak, while a moose couldn’t.
This book sure could do with some terraforming Annalee
