Unlike most people, I absolutely loved this film. It was BEAUTIFULLY shot, the kills were fantastic, the homages to Jason were definitely there but not enough for it to cloud the entire movie. Johnny’s mask and weapons being inspired by Canadian Lumberjacks was a cool touch. I’d definitely love to see more of Johnny in the future until the next Friday the 13th installment comes out, but most people wouldn’t so that’s very unlikely.
