I was blown away. I’m not one to leave reviews for movies, ever. I’m just not good at writing. The last time a movie had me bawling in the auditorium AND in the theater bathroom was when I watched Coco. I knew it was going to be a beautiful film from the first 5 minutes alone. The visuals made me feel like I was actually in nature. This film just makes you FEEL. The whole audience was laughing and crying. I heard toddlers squealing in joy, kids giggling, even some dads letting out laughs. I think I cried 4 different times. The Wild Robot is definitely in my top animated films. I love movies that take you someplace else, to their own universe. Wow just wow.
