Its very obvious ea tried to take a much more realistic approach this year, something which in the manager and player modes works well, however what they failed to see was that it makes the player decide between having fun or playing a style that works. Ea now want you to pass the ball around and build up insanely slow which makes every game a complete bore fest, if you don't you are guaranteed to lose the ball and concede 99% of the time. This is without mentioning the countless game breaking bugs which makes even scrolling the menu frustrating, in a make or break year for EA who have a 2k Fifa game in development this was quite easily the worst instalment yet. The only reason to buy this game is if you are a career mode player who likes the occasional jump in (Football Manager still is the better choice) or for the clubs mode, which has the only good feature this year with the face sculpting, otherwise save your money.
