I'll be honest, I thought it was just "OK". The humor was probably more of the highlight than the basis of the story. The beginning credit of Stan Lee was EPIC for sure. All in all I would say that it ranked at best around the value of a good DC movie and not the quality and caliber of a Marvel movie. Just my .02.
