Im surprised this hasn't got a higher rating. It was thrilling, I was on the edge of my seat. Shot entirely in the cockpit of a plane this makes it really interesting. Very authentic I felt. The first part of the movie is the pilots just getting the plane ready, the crew setting up, air traffic control chatting as you would imagine it to be on a real plane. No Hollywood glam which was nice for a change. There's no music throughout which made it even better as you heard all the sounds of the passengers terror and his loneliness trapped in the cockpit helpless. It was tragic throughout and gripping. Joseph gordon Levitt acted this role brilliantly and it was his acting that really drew me into the story of his plight and distress especially as his sons mother was killed on the other side of the door and also the dilemmas he faced along the way gave it a human touch. All together a great film and well worth a watch.
