Megan Parras

Having seen just about every version of this movie and having read the book countless times, My opinion is based upon a genuine love of this story. Quite honestly, it has some fabulous moments, but Amy is a real low point. Her American accent is over done and she is just not a good fit for the dainty and vain Amy March. Emma Watson is perfect as Meg and Saiorse Rowan definitely works as Jo. Beth is forgettable. I also found the meandering back and forth in time thing very confusing. If I wasn’t familiar with the story, I would’ve been totally lost.
