I don't understand why the police didn't arrest Tony Tobler based on what Charlie May said. I'd also like to know if Charlie May had one arm at the time of Jennifer's disappearance as he had an assault record. Thinking it's got to be hard to assault someone with only one arm. I watched the episodes back to back because I wanted to see justice for Jennifer but was left as disappointed as Steven. It was a big let down to know the case is still open because it seems obvious to me Tony and or Charlie were guilty. The letters seem to suggest that was the most likely cause of her disappearance.
