The writers on the show have gotten really lazy. These last two seasons seem to follow the same pattern. Something happens, they bring in the FBI, they follow a bogus lead, they catch a break on fascial rec, they go after the bad guy, they call out to him when they are like 50 feet away, foot chase or car chase starts, then they have some silly timer to try to save someone or defuse a bomb or something silly, then the show ends with them talking about what just happened and sharing their feelings. Rinse and repeat.
