It has been almost a month and I have not received my bag. I wrote an email to ask about my order. They apologized and asked to confirm my address. That was a week ago and no one had replied. I have asked for a refund to said email. No response. I was quite excited to have a sustainable way to deal with old clothing and textiles. Looks like this wasn’t it.
