Firstly,
MUST watch in theatres.
Dulquer has upped his game and transformed into the most stylish thug in Malayalam cinema. Prithviraj and Fahad are his ONLY two competitors in terms of swag.
His acting carried the movie throughout what I would call, a good directorial effort, with an otherwise average script and a few lazy dialogues.
Cinematography and music are excellent.
Dulquer 's ability to execute wonderfully, his fight scene choreographies, show how versatile he is as an actor.
It's unfortunate that this movie had a review by some youtuber who called this script 'predictable' and everyone just believed it (herd mentality) without giving the movie a chance. And it's sad for people who miss this movie in the theatres DESPITE its acceptable storyline defects.
Go ahead and watch. YOU make the reviews, don't trust what others say more than your own self!
And Jakes Bejoy... mwone! Polichu!
P S. I would've enjoyed it further if the villain was someone a bit more formidable, perhaps Fahad. In terms of muscle, there was anyways no besting Dulquer with the current villain. If a track was given to the current villain being known for excellent mind games (like the Joker), it would've cemented this movie's place as phenomenal
