I bought the book and am ending phase 2 of the diet and all I can say it’s very very intense. There are lots of things you can eat but obviously way more that you can’t which can make the diet difficult if you don’t like eating sweet potatoes everyday for two weeks. Not a fan of how the liver support soup taste but I’m managing to drink it. I would have also appreciated more explanation of why certain foods are eliminated. There are some explanations as to why in the book but not enough and Aimee states to buy a book called the Paleo Approach to learn the answers. This I personally do not like because I’m fine eliminating certain foods like egg whites and night shade vegetables but I need to know why I am doing it. If you do buy the book and do the diet just give yourself grace because you are human and this diet is very hard. Aimee even says even if you do the diet 80% you will see results. good luck :)
