I personally found NCIS Sydney very likable. It reminded me of the original NCIS. Great characters, good story lines that had beginnings and ends that did not rely on a lot of sex and violence but more on character, relationships, and just plain getting the bad guys. I like it so much better than NCIS Hawaii, or even New Orleans.
