What a beautiful, magical movie! The trailer didn't quite do it justice and it wasn't that well-promoted, but this one's a family movie gem. Many strong, positive messages for kids with regards to family, friendship, nature and more, the social commentary is funny and current, the characters learn and grow into better versions of themselves. My kid really enjoyed the humor as well. Even if the story wasn't so lovely, the animation and artwork alone are worth enjoying. The yeti's magical powers are a bit over the top fantastical, but it gives the artists license to make their magic. If you like animated family/fantasy movies, this one is a must see.
