The various podcasts and bloggers and youtubers etc that have dunked on her are not exaggerating. I don't usually bother reviewing books but holy moly. This is one of the worst and most damaging books I have ever read. Includes hits such as: Rachel assuming everyone thinks like she does, Rachel throwing money at her problems, Rachel saying things like "Gasp! Sugar!" Or, irrelevantly, "In high school I was a SOLID 20 lbs heavier" like Rachel what???, and my personal favorite, Rachel being entirely blind to the fact that not everyone lives a life as privileged as hers.
