I really enjoyed the philosophical themes behind it. The notion of free will was explored well by several theories, particularly Determinism. Its like an action sci-fi movie mixed with a philosophical debate. the main character must grip with the reality he lives in and if the future is really set in stone. He finally comes to his decision a the end after a lost of plot twists and revelations. A really great movie. The only thing really do not like is the unnecessary sexual scenes, particularly within the run-down apartment complex. It provides no meaningful context to the story except maybe that the precrime cannot stop all bad things and illegal activity but just murder. Doesn't need to be in there. It actually detracts from the good points in the film and is more damaging for the viewer trying to enjoy the movie.
