I have to agree with others here who say that Wallace has become increasingly combative to GOP guests. That might be okay if he was combative to Dem guests as well - fair and balanced approach - but he really is quite biased against Republicans. For example, his diatribe against the Trump family for not wearing masks at the first debate continued well beyond the time he had made his point. In an attempt to embarrass his guest, he only succeeded in looking like a petulant child arguing about something of no real import to the nation.
Most networks could only pray for the distinctives Fox enjoys that allows them to capture a sizable share of a particular audience, an audience that is also quite large. From a purely business standpoint, it is like watching someone deliberately develop a strategy designed to eliminate the very distinctives that attract their audience in the first place.Well, good job so far.
Speaking for myself, I have reached the point where I no longer look forward to the program and only watch it out of habit and lack of options.
