Bad response, Our washing machine was troubling and we called 10 days before the warranty period. They called after the warranty period and said we didn’t lift the call and then they called again and asked about the problem and said they wrote it as resolved. They were saying as it is out of the warranty period we have to pay for the service as well as the parts ( but our complaint was within the warranty period) . They called us 10 days after warranty period. But they will call 4 -5 times even if we rejected the extension offer of warranty period before the actual warranty period ended. So, they will call back to back when they will get money but are neglecting our calls when it is essential and will charge later on.
