Pixar is known for its amazing cinematography and animation, besides the unique plots. At first glance, "Elemental" might seem like every other animation movie of Pixar or a cute, romantic comedy surrounding the elements, fire, water, earth and air, with our male and female leads being a water guy and fire girl, respectively. I have even been told by people (who did not even watch the movie during the time) that
"Elemental" is just like "Inside Out" or "Luca." But they were so wrong.
"Elemental" has its own 'elements' (pun intended) which is just not an adorable ball of romance. In fact, it covers much more than that. Although the view varies, but there are certain morals like embracing the dissimilarities or that being different is not bad, it's unique.
This is a definite recommendation for both adults and kids.
