If this is the new face of marvel now. There is some work to do, it had its moments, but do not watch this expecting Avengers. There was to much time in my opinion drawing out the character development. The action scens and special effects were good. A few moments of brief laughter. But all in all not really as good as other Marvel films. There is so much material to work with, I guess this one let me down. I hear some reviews talking about diversity, which this did have and the characters were not terrible. I think it just lacked the action and feel you should get from a Marvel film. You may want to rent this one.

Let me start off by saying, do not waste money seeing this. I have watched thousands of movies, this ranks in the top ten of worst. I saw this yesterday going in knowing from other reviews it has an art style to it. I found that, not as true as I had hoped. The first real problem is how dark the film is, there is little to no light in any scene. Me and my wife are watching this at the theater mind you. So if we can't see most of the scenes, it's a problem. Next big one is dialogue, there is little to none and what is said is not very loud and hard to hear. But it's biggest failing is the quest itself. The opening scene facing the knight is the only scene worth watching. The supposed "quest" is to bizarre and lacking. I got the concept of it, but it could have been so much better.
