Joe is on a rant imploring Democrats to tax Corporations and Capitol in order to even out the wealth inequality gap. I agree that this is certainly necessary and appropriate; however I wish he would also recognize out loud that this was created by the Reagan Trickle down changes pushed through by the Republicans in the early 1980's.
