I do like the ambition, and it is much better than Enjoy Your Rabbit, but it's not without some of its bloated and grating moments. There are certain tracks like the title track where the glitchy electronics don't work well with the orchestral production, and the final track drags for too long at a whopping 25 minutes! It's far from being a total disaster, but it's also far from being a masterpiece. As a Sufjan fan, I do prefer his less electronic works like Illinois and Carrie & Lowell.

truly a heartbreaking masterpiece... it may feature some basic and lo-fi indie-folk production, but Sufjan's soft vocals and emotional songwriting more than makeup for it.

As a Lorde fan, this felt like a disappointment. It wasn't as interesting as Pure Heroine and Melodrama, and the songwriting was a bit weaker. It has a nice vibe, but it's pretty underwhelming for the most part. Just go listen to the new Lana Del Rey album instead.

I'm actually surprised I liked a K-pop album, since I'm not all that into this new genre. TXT seem to have made a full 180 on this EP. I love how the EP reflects our feelings during the pandemic and how the summer didn't turn out the way we wanted to. The EP could've been more consistent, but it still slaps!
