Pretty good I've seen it twice in a week. Once by myself at an advanced screening and once today at a matinee with a friend. I liked the movie more the second go around. Some of the parts don't always fit. The ending is definitely not in keeping with the rest of the flick it feels like it tries too hard for summer blockbuster vibes. That said even though Brad Pitt at times feels like dgaf mode it works. My only major plot gripe is it does at times feel like plot and substance feel whitewashed by Hollywood and backburnered. Sometimes the humor misses and can detract from fleshing out the story. If this movie were say 105 minutes and concise, it could be a cult hit ala scott pilgrim movies. Alas, it does meander. Rather than rumble into the station this train bumbles and fumbles golden opportunities. Too often it reached for yet another punch line. All in all it's my favorite movie of the summer.
