I booked this a month in advance requesting a 10am move time and confirmed on 3 separate phone calls that I was scheduled for 10am. They arrived at 4pm the loading dock closes at 6pm I was charged by my building for their negligence.. Managers are extremely rude and non helpful I was quoted $550 for my 1/1 move where I was literally moving across the street I ended up being charged nearly 1500$ what they leave out is $400 in fees for travel time / fuel fee I would highly recommend never using this company.
