Whoever ran music for this film absolutely ruined it for me. The music was so disjointed and jarring. Unfitting of certain scenes, overbearing... Like a slap in the face with a fourth wall. Completely took me out of the story. The entire production though. Flat, bland, expositional, offered piece-by-piece in the most excruciating manner. Extreme foreshadowing. Ends with a tie in to something that never happens, but as far as I can tell, this film takes place before the first two? The character portayal across the film franchise is disjointed. The cinematography is "out of this world", and not in a good way. I'd ask for my two hours back if I could. Also, TWO blind expositions?! One during the film with babayaga and one at the end and both times the viewer is expected to fill in the missing blanks of "ominous, low gurgling voice"? C'mon at least show the last dude. That's what makes the cliffhanger either the cliffhanger or the tie-in... This fell short of both. The first two films were decent productions.
