Would be great if we could have more than one island per switch. Not per cartridge. Per switch. You have a total of 8 possible profiles and Nintendo chose to force all potential 8 profiles to play on 1 island.
This means everyone but player one is unable to decorate the island with the terraforming and unable to fully enjoy the game. As someone else said you’re basically an npc like the animal villagers.
