Reva Slatts

I don't hate this movie, but I see why a lot of reviewers give it flack with too many story lines. The humor was genuine, the moral was great, and Patton Oswalt is a much better Max than Louis CK. This film gets a B+ and definitely deserves credit.

Last Phoenix was a phenomenal end to the X-Men series. It's really sad this film is being looked down on. Then again, it's easy to see why that might be. The end is definitely a stab at continuity if you forget Jean became a phoenix, which means it's possible Jean has gained the power of reincarnation. That aside, the action was standard but at least kept the story from getting too boring, and I liked how each character got an equal bit of screen time. Overall, I recommend to those who keep an open mind and enjoy the series just as much as I have all these years.
