Watched season 1 as a passenger in a really long car ride. Thought the acting was great. Sissy Spacek amd Ben Mendelssohn were amazing. It started to get a little unrealistic (I know it’s a show, but...) toward the end of season 1. In season 2 when Danny’s son shows up, I was done. While the acting was great, the writing was lacking. I wasn’t sure which character I was supposed to like and who I was supposed to hate. I rarely stop watching a series, but once Danny died and his son showed up, I had no interest in continuing. If you want two great Netflix shows, watch Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy. Great acting and writing.
