I could not have loved this book more! The writing, the setting, the characters; a complete joy to devour. I found I could relate to each of the Garnett girls and could identify with all of them. Delicious descriptions of places, parties and personalities kept me gripped throughout, and longing for the next chapter (and inevitable Georgina Moore saga or drama!) Each day and every daughter had its own charm and story to tell, as well as thought-provoking and insightful moments peppered throughout, which will resonate with every reader. I loved this book (it would make a great film!) and wish there were more Garnett tales to come!! I found myself feeling like I knew these girls (I’ve definitely met their type!) and certainly some of their adventures! And I hope one day to have the pleasure of an invitation (which I’d definitely accept!) to one of Margo’s notorious parties! Five stars and a large negroni on ice for Georgina Moore’s debut novel. An absolutely brilliant read. Thank you for sharing it with us 🥂
