I listened to this book as an audiobook. At first I wasn’t sure if I liked the narrator, but as the story went on, I think she was perfect for this book. I loved the story and how it shows us that none of us are perfect, but how we need to rise above our mistakes and choices. Later in the book the changes in the people. There were many wonderful characters in this book. It helps to be reminded of love that comes into our lives and what we are going to do with each situation. My negative comment about this book is the foul “F bomb” word that keeps being used over and over. Normally I would return or put down a book after seeing it 2 or 3 times. I have a 13 year old great granddaughter that I would love for her to read it, but with that word being used so much, I will choose her something else to read. It is a shame that the world wants people to see, hear and read “trash mouth” in order to read a book as good as this one. Kristan Higgins, you did a great job on this plot. You are a great author that does not have to stoop to lower standards in order to get people to read your books.
