There's a consistent miscommunication regarding when the actual new season starts? It seems every episode is billed as "new"?! The Smithsonian Channel's Programming Dept needs to look into this. As it stands now, avid viewers of the program don't know when to expect the first episode of the new season and are sitting down to old shows they've probably already seen?
