The pilot was absolutely amazing and the voice acting is on point! I love hell of a boss and was super excited to actually get a season of Hazbin Hotel unfortunately the new show for me is lackluster. The obvious animation drop in quality for the new season compared to how well the pilot was made by people who worked at it as a passion project and not a corporate entity is disappointing. The new voice actor’s are hard to listen to as well but if you push through the first few episodes your able to cope with the change however the writing is terrible compared to the pilot episode and hell of a boss. Changing a somewhat serious show with comedy and a bit of musical theater thrown in to a full blown musical was a poor and tacky choice. Exactly what I’d expect from the current writers today it’s like watching the eighth season of Game of Thrones all over again.(P.S. don’t watch it and just make up your own ending anything your imagination could come up with is better then what the writers put out.)
