We arrived at about 7:20 pm, with the show starting at 8:00 pm. It was perfect timing since we got a good parking space. If you can, bring your " tickets" printed out. If not, you will have to go to the ticket area, they will print out a ticket, then you go back to the entrance and submit your ticket. They gave us a ticket for the 4 of us ( hubby and 2 teenagers). Also, there is no WiFi. So try to take a picture ( screenshot) of your reservation number before you get there, just in case you need it...I was lucky enough to have taken a screenshot because there was no WIFi . We bought non reserved tickets $35.00 )per person So we got to sit at the upper section ( there are 2 sections). Reserved seats ( 45.00 ) sit at the lower section/ row, closer to the stage. The reserved seats have letters and numbered rows. To be honest, paying 10 dollars more for reserved seats was not worth it to us. We were able to see all pretty well. The seats are all metal and hard, so if you have a flat butt, it could hurt after being there for 2 hours! There will be an intermission at 9 pm. Bring a cushion if you can!. My hubby's butt was hurting so bad. 😂 Also, it got chilly towards the evening ( we were there in late June). Bring a light sweater, sweatshirt or jacket. At 7:30 pm, a small band started to play country music. We really were not that impressed. It sounded like an average church choir, and a little off key. Not professional, I would say. The sound system ( speakers) need upgrading. You could hear the band singing but it wasn't good quality. The speakers were more geared toward the lower rows, by the stage. They need to have a better sound system that surrounds the whole " auditorium", not just below, close to stage. Also, if you sit far to the right, ( facing the stage), you will not be able to see part of the show, since they bring out props ( slide the walls ) from the right and don't pull them out totally to the middle of the stage. So try not to sit to the far right as you face the stage ( sit towards the middle). The other thing that bothered me was the fact that their " staff/ assistants" were literally standing in front of the event and were talking and distracting people from watching the show. They need to go somewhere where they are not interrupting the show!
They do have a small concessions stand where they sell popcorn, sodas/ water, coffee, hot dogs and other snacks. They are not badly priced ( water 2.00, coffee, 1. 00, popcorn 3.00, soda 3.00 and not sure hot digs). They do have loud " cannon and firearm" noises. Therefore, small kids can get scared. ( Honestly, this show is not for small kids/ babies. It could be long and boring for them). Overall, I think they could do better for the price I paid per person. The story plot was ok. I did learn some facts about the Cherokee. Perhaps trying to make it a little more professional ( opening number, and sound would keep more people satisfied with the show. So forgive me for such a long review, but I'm just being honest.
