This book was a reminder to me that all people long for, and were meant to be, heroic. Being a hero is woven into the fabric of the human soul. However, we live in a very broken world and our heroic journey, along with those men and women that we consider our heroes, are human and broken. This book is an invitation to look at Jesus as the only true hero! Developing a deep and lasting relationship with Him is available to us through prayer and silence. As we draw nearer to the only true hero, Jesus, He will lead us in being heroic ourselves in a world that desperately needs noble and authentic heroes. Strongly recommend this book!
