Karen Andrews – Google

Okay well for the record I’m a horror movie buff, but I’m going to rate this as what it is, a PG13 horror movie. For the PG13 crowd I found this movie very adequate. The acting was actually good, story well written, but the premise fell short. It felt very much like a PG13 version of Saw. If Saw was to intense for you, you might enjoy this film. But if your a Saw fan, you might find Escape Room lacking. It left the ending open suggesting like many films that there was at least one sequel coming to this production. Just the same, it was entertaining. A good choice of thrillers for kids and adults with weak stomachs.

The NEW Grinch is out. I must say, I wasn’t a fan of the horribly twisted story line. Fred and Mable are officially my favorite characters. A good one for the kids, but if you go as an adult, expect a whole different way to hear the story. Don’t enter the experience expecting the traditional Grinch story at all. If you keep an open mind it’s not a bad story. But if your thinking it will be in anyway the same, you’ll be in for a disappointing hour and forty minutes. Open your parachute.
