Hey everyone, Maddie here. I love american idol because they let me on the show. At first I was so nervous I thought they wouldn't like me but then I won. My family was so proud of me. We went home and I sang for everyone in my neighborhood. I went to a nursing home where my grandma stayed and surprised her on her birthday with the judges from american idol. She was so happy because she was their biggest fan. I have a happy life thanks to american idol.
