I know this has taken a lot of critical hits but I liked it. Liam Neeson is a fine Marlowe, world weary, but a man of honor. While it’s not Farewell My Lovely I thought the cast was very good, the lavish period sets brought back what I call a time of ghost music and madness in Lost Angeles.
Worth a watch if you love the memory of the one of the finest writers to ever pick up a pen Raymond Chandler.
