What a let down. The turned things too cartoonish and geared for young teenagers. Attempts to recreate classic scenes horribly missed the mark and fell flat and forced at times. The acting was great. And Michael Keaton simply IS Beetlejuice. I loved that. Really a script and director miss. Felt like a bad musical at times.
