I am currently watching the series, love the houses. However, where is teamwork and positive management including supervision for Noel? Peggy and the other co-worker are trying to exclude Noel, I feel sorry for him, he is very uncomfortable and cannot converse well. It clearly shows how Peggy is just racist against him, always picking on and victimizing him! She needs to admit and reflect that she does not like him, and is jealous and racist because he is black. Noel keep up the hard work, proud you did not give up, it is imaginable that he must hate coming to work feeling like not wanted!!! Surely the editors and cameramen should have noticed it including the staff themselves, but yet they are White so it is OK for them to be racist!

To be honest, I am shocked watching the movie, very emotional. I am currently studying masters in social work, final year. People like these make us look bad, this is not the way how to remove children, you should follow the law, human rights, policies and procedures. Very sad to see how they just thought it is ok to remove children, in fact KIDNAPPED! Also, I have visited Norway couple of years ago and I did find them very racist, will never visit Norway again!
