Jim Fazackerley

This novel barrels along with twists, suspense, and brilliantly drawn characters that kept me guessing to the very satisfying end. I particularly liked how both a main plot (finding a kidnapping victim) and the subplot (an unfolding of a highly traumatic incident in the main character's past) propel the reader forward on parallel tracks of suspense. Luna's novel is more evidence that she is a first rate writer of compelling stories peopled with unforgettable characters.
