They cancelled our bus 30 mins after it was supposed to leave, causing us to be stranded and have to pay for another night of hotels. Yippee. Then our bus broke down for an hour. Then we were held up at the border by one passenger. Missed our ferry. Couldn't get home. So much wasted time and money.
