Netflix has successfully made another disappointing attempt at a live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender. The first 20 minutes was a write off where they added an entirely new scene and moved another from elsewhere in the story so you’re not even introduced to characters in the right order. It begs the question of what the hell were they thinking?! Because how hard is it to use the original cartoon as a storyboard alongside the original scripts and not deviate from it? Maybe the third attempt at a live-action version will be the charm over the forgettable movie and this poor showing.
