Not worth killing over it, let alone dying over it. It's a confusing book. It was not a pleasant read at all. Its all over the place and jumps from story to story, introducing characters that don't develop. It's trying too much to impress, linguistically. It introduces words and expressions they are foreign to the western world, as if it was written for audience in India. It's complex to day the least and you have to read it twice to understand what's going on. I sometimes found myself drifting away from it's content becaise of boredom and wanting to fish it quickly. I honestly don't know what the fuss is about when it comes to the ismalic controversy. Maybe the Shah of Iran has low self esteem. Overall, meh.
